In November 2025, we had the pleasure of sharing the Hospital-to-Home Systems Change work with the Barnard Center for Infant Mental Health and Development Parent-Child Relationship Programs. Our presentation titled Transforming the Hospital-to-Home Journey: Strengthening Supports for NICU Caregivers and their Infants Post-Discharge focused on the needs of infants and families leaving the NICU and benefits of, along with strategies for, providing timely, rapid perinatal mental health attuned care post discharge within community services.
