Awarded WA DOH Perinatal Mental Health Access and Capacity Building Grant

Hospital-to-Home Systems Change team was awarded the Perinatal Mental Health Access and Capacity Building grant from the Washington state Department of Health. We are already planning to launch the Hospital-to-Home Perinatal Mental Health ECHO Series which will focus on the unique needs of this population and aims to bring providers together from across diverse practice settings.
